Report from Board of Management Meeting Report

Sept 17th, 2020

 

A meeting took place of the B.O.M of St. Paul’s N.S remotely on Sept 17th at 8pm.

  • All members were present remotely as the meeting was conducted through the platform of Zoom.
  • Minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted.
  • Matters arising – one matter.  Principal named two new teachers - Ms. Louise Cashman (S.E.N.) and Ms. Anna Gloster (S.E.N.)
  • There was no correspondence to report.
  • The Treasurer gave a statement of account.
  • The Principal reported on:-
    • The return to school using the COVID Response Plan
    • Dance Teacher – Ashley O’Toole taking all classes from Juniors to 6th except for David Tobin’s Class as part of the P.E. Curriculum for 6 weeks.
    • GAA Coach – Peter Nash – would begin coaching Fundamental Movement/Hurling with 2nd classes.
    • Junior Infant Photos – taken for Limerick Leader on 21st September
  • Child protection oversight report given by Principal - no concerns to report.
  • Parents Association – nothing to report.
  • Principal gave a COVID-19 update to the B.O.M. This included, extra cleaning, P.P.E., traffic system and staggered entry and exit of pupils to St. Paul’s School.
