Report from BOM meeting dated February 22nd, 2023

• A  meeting took place of the B.O.M of St. Paul’s on Feb 22^nd, 2023
• All members of the Board attended.
• Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted.
• A Financial report for 22/23 was presented to the Board from our Accountancy firm.  It was verified and would be sent to F.S.S.U by February 28^th .
• The Principal gave a school report as per February Newsletter.
• The Principal gave an oversight report on child protection to the Board.
• Parents Association held a disco for 4^th – 6^th classes.
• 3 Policies were reviewed and discused as follows.  Edited policies to be sent to P/A and Teaching Staff.
  • Administration of Medicine to Children
  • Ancillary Staff
  • Job Sharing
• Vetting of Non- Teaching Staff/Volunteers document put before the Board.
• Approval of Staff Leave.
