A meeting took place of the B.O.M of St. Paul’s on June 14th, 2023
- All members of the Board were present.
- Chairperson opened the meeting with a prayer.
- Minutes of the previous meeting were read and adopted.
- Limerick County Council made a presentation to school staff about pedestrian/cyclist routes to school. New traffic system to be considered.
- Treasurers gave statement of account to the board. New schoolbooks to be purchased from DES Grant
- The Principal gave a school report which included the following items
- Tours
- Sports Days – for Junior and Senior side of School
- Maire Rua Awards
- Free Book Scheme
- Limerick County Council – Safety Routes to School
- Standardised test results – Report to BOM.
- Parent Association uniform swop/sale to take place in Halla on June 26th. Suggested getting a speaker to talk about Secondary School Application System.
- New Staff Appointments were approved for 4 positions.
Next meeting agreed for Sept 27th, 2023 at 8pm
