A meeting took place of the B.O.M of St. Paul’s on November 15th, 2023
- All members of the Board were present.
- Minutes of the previous meeting were read and adopted.
- There was no correspondence.
- Treasurers gave statement of account to the board. 2 grants – attendance grant and cost of living grant sent to school.
- The Principal gave a school report which included items on the November newsletter.
- Principal gave an oversight on child protection and bullying to the BOM.
- Parent Association sought permission from BOM to organise Santa visit in December.
- 3 policies were discussed by BOM
- Supervision Policy
- Homework Policy
- Code of Behaviour Policy
Supervision Policy and Homework policies were agreed. Code of Behaviour policy to be revised and sent to staff and parents association.
Next meeting agreed for Nov. 22nd, 2023 to elect New Board Members
