“The Parent Association is the structure through which Parents/Guardians in a school can work together for the best possible education for their children"

What we do:

  • Point of contact between parents and school.
  • Provide refreshments, decorations, presentations, for Teachers and support staff during Communions, Confirmations and Graduation.
  • Organise Santa’s visit to school & provide selection boxes.
  • Provide gifts of appreciation from the children to support persons…….  (i.e. school admin staff, caretaker, priest’s relocation, lollipop lady  retirement, etc.)
  • Fund the Máire Rua award.
  • Drive fund raising activities (to support items 1 to 4 above).
  • Organise Summer & Christmas discos for the Children.
  • Organise other school fundraising activities: School Fashion Show,  Bag Packing, Cookery Demonstrations etc.
  • Facilitate book and uniform sales at the end of the school year.
  • Provide support when there are important visitors to the school.

PLEASE HELP US….

The association exists to serve you and can only be successful if parents take part in it.

We would encourage you to join the committee & help us over the coming years. It's fun and you get to have a real input into your child’s education in St. Paul’s. Ideally we would like representation from parents of children in each class and also from the diverse cultures we have in St. Paul's School.  All are welcome to join.

If you feel that you can’t join up then please consider signing up to our list of helpers - as this is of great assistance to us throughout the year.

We welcome your Support
